I am honored to serve as the President of Nu Psi Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® as we kick off "Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood." Congratulations to our newly elected officers and appointees as we implement the 2022-2026 administration programs and build upon the sorority's legacy of service.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® has been of Service to All Mankind for 114 years which began at Howard University led by Ethel Hedgeman Lyle. The vision of our Founders was to cultivate and encourage high scholastics and ethical standards, to promote friendships and unity among college women, and to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women to improve their social stature.

Join Nu Psi Omega Chapter in Raising Awareness for Heart Health

On Friday, February 11, 2023, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is proud to join the American Heart Association in the fight against heart disease in order to improve the health of all women. On this special day, Alpha Kappa Alpha women will take off our pink and wear red for the day to raise awareness of this deadly disease and promote life changes that will increase the longevity of the lives of women around the globe.
